I deeply honour the BODY as a central source of wisdom for our life journey..... Our bodies speak the body languages of sensation, movement, and symptom. When we listen to these voices, rather than silencing them, we not only heal from illness or pain -- we evolve and are transformed!

Since my teen years in the late 1970's my heart & soul have pulled me onto my life path & purpose to support those who are struggling. For 12 years I worked with marginalized people in Vancouver's Downtown Eastside and on a First Nations Reserve in northern British Columbia. My focus even back then was holistic: Counseling, Life-skills, Spiritual Support and Community Development work My approach supported and honoured each person's entire being.
Soon after birthing my second child, my family & I plunged into distress with a major health crisis that had massive implications for the 4 of us. This crisis forced me to question the very foundations I had built for my life. As I began learning the emergent modality of Healing Touch in order to help my stressed-out family in 1994, my breaking heart was healed and transformed in a uniquely awesome infilling of Divine Light. This was my first personal experience of miraculous healing!
The Light has guided me ever since to offer through my Heart this gift of healing and new life that is available to every person. From the Divine Heart through my Heart to your Heart as our hearts connect in a flow of compassion and understanding......... Heart to Heart! And your Heart heals and opens to share back the Light from the Divine Heart ..... Heart to Heart!
